Starting Somewhere.

As of this second, I am sitting in a coffee shop (Tea Barker in Cardiff's High Street Arcade), wondering where to begin with my first blog post on my website.

I think the most important thing to begin with is outlining the essence of this blog as a whole.

I want to capture my thoughts and feelings as a young adult navigating life in Cardiff, post-graduated from Cardiff University. I also want to capture unique experiences I have had whilst living in Cardiff city centre and neighbouring areas surrounding Cardiff.

Most importantly, I want to illuminate the fantastic independent businesses and charming activities in the area which I constantly aim to learn of and experience.

Cardiff is incredibly beautiful and so the city will be the centre and foundation of my blog.

Messy hot chocolate, reflecting the reality of this first blog post - expectedly messy.

My intention is to write frequently and showcase my life in Cardiff through all the seasons and weathers.

I hope whoever may read this will find interest and/or enjoyment following my journey, perhaps because it is entertaining, or even because it is relatable.
